Micro Com Support LLC aims to provide a website and support experience that people can use with keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input, reduced motion, and a range of devices. Our design and ongoing improvements are guided by WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility measures
The website uses semantic landmarks, a skip link, visible focus states, labelled controls, accessible form feedback, readable contrast, descriptive alternatives for meaningful images, keyboard-operable navigation, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support.
Third-party content
Some third-party services, documents, or linked websites may be outside our control. We will try to offer an accessible path or alternative information when a third-party feature creates a barrier to receiving our service.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier, tell us the page or task, what happened, any assistive technology used, and your preferred response method. You do not need to disclose a disability. We will provide a reasonable alternative where practical and use the report to improve the experience.
