Understand the service before you decide
These answers explain our independent status, customer-control practices, common service limits, and how to request help safely.
Is Micro Com Support affiliated with computer or software manufacturers?
No. Micro Com Support LLC is an independent technical-support provider and is not affiliated with third-party manufacturers or software publishers unless a relationship is specifically documented.
Will you call and say my device is infected?
No. We do not make unsolicited calls claiming that a device is infected or demanding immediate access or payment.
What will you never ask me to provide?
Never give anyone gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking passwords, full card details, or one-time verification codes. We do not request these items.
How does remote support begin?
Only after you request help, understand the proposed session, and give permission. You can see the session, ask questions, and end it at any time.
How are charges agreed?
The scope and applicable price should be explained and agreed before paid work begins. Third-party software, hardware, or provider fees are separate unless stated in writing.
Can every problem be fixed remotely?
No. Hardware damage, severe security incidents, provider outages, and some account or network issues may require manufacturer, onsite, or specialist assistance.
Do I have to allow remote access?
No. We can begin by phone, and remote access is optional. Some issues may be limited without it, and we will explain that clearly.
Can you help with physical repair?
We can help distinguish common software symptoms from likely hardware problems, but physical repair generally requires a qualified local provider.
What should I prepare?
Have the device make and model, the exact error message, recent changes, and a safe contact method. Back up important files when possible.
Are third-party software fees included?
Only if stated in writing. Licenses, subscriptions, hardware, internet service, and other provider fees are normally separate.
