Agreement and scope
These terms apply when you use this website or request services from Micro Com Support LLC. A written quote, service order, invoice, or other agreement may add service-specific terms. If a service-specific term conflicts with these general terms, the service-specific term controls for that service to the extent permitted by law.
Independent support services
Micro Com Support LLC is an independent technical-support provider. References to third-party products or companies identify compatibility, ownership, or the system involved; they do not imply sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement unless a relationship is expressly stated in writing.
Authority to request work
You must be at least 18 years old and own, administer, or have permission to request work on each device, account, network, or system involved. Business contacts confirm they are authorized to act for the organization. We may request reasonable verification or decline work when authority is unclear.
Service requests and authorization
A request does not guarantee availability or create an obligation to perform work. Before paid work begins, we will identify the requested outcome, proposed scope, meaningful limitations, and applicable charge. Remote access, material configuration changes, purchases, and third-party account actions require your authorization.
Customer control during remote support
Remote support is optional. You should remain present, observe the session, enter passwords privately, and stop the session if anything differs from the agreed scope. A one-time session does not authorize unattended or continuing access after the session ends.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining lawful software and account access, following agreed preparation steps, and keeping a current backup of important data before significant troubleshooting. You remain responsible for decisions about devices, accounts, subscriptions, and third-party services.
Fees, taxes, and third-party costs
Service fees and payment timing will be stated before paid work. Applicable taxes and separately authorized hardware, software, subscriptions, internet service, shipping, manufacturer charges, onsite work, or other third-party costs are not included unless the written scope says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or our services to access a system without authorization, evade security controls, distribute malicious code, harass others, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, commit fraud, conceal illegal activity, or violate applicable law. We may refuse, pause, or end work when authority, legality, safety, or payment authorization is uncertain.
Website content and intellectual property
The website's original text, design, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Micro Com Support and are provided for personal or internal business information. You may not reproduce, sell, misrepresent, scrape at disruptive volume, or create a competing copy of the website except as allowed by law or written permission.
Third-party products and links
Third-party websites, software, hardware, payment services, and platforms have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or decisions. A link or compatibility reference is not a warranty or endorsement.
Service limitations
Technical support cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved, lost data will be recovered, malware will be fully removed, a third-party account will be restored, or a device will reach a particular performance level. Unsupported systems, physical damage, provider restrictions, incomplete information, or serious security incidents may require a referral or different service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis and general educational content is not a substitute for service specific to your situation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Responsibility for a paid service will be evaluated under the written scope, the facts of the service, and applicable law.
Ending a service
You may end a support session at any time. We may suspend or end work for unsafe conditions, misuse, lack of authorization, nonpayment, abusive conduct, or a request outside our competence or agreed scope. Charges and refunds, if any, are handled under the written service terms and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Changes and applicable terms
We may update these website terms as services or legal requirements change. The version in effect when you agree to a paid service applies unless a later written agreement states otherwise. Any governing-law or dispute term in an accepted service order applies subject to mandatory rights available where you live.
